📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize insurance vendor relationships, including policy administration, claims processing, and risk management.,Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and industry standards.,Negotiate and manage vendor contracts, including renewal and termination processes.,Monitor and analyze insurance costs and performance metrics to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.,Collaborate with internal teams to address insurance-related issues and ensure smooth operations.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in insurance management.,Provide training and support to internal teams on insurance-related matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field.,5-7 years of experience in insurance management or a related field.,Strong understanding of insurance policies, regulations, and industry standards.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
