📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide excellent customer service to guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.
• Take and process food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Assist in the preparation and presentation of food and beverages as needed.
• Handle cash transactions and provide accurate change.
• Uphold the restaurant’s policies and procedures, ensuring a high standard of service.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and other service staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work in a physically demanding environment.
