You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including underwriters, actuaries, and sales representatives, to ensure the successful launch and ongoing success of our products. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and manage life insurance products, including term life, whole life, and universal life insurance.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for new products and enhancements to existing ones.
• Collaborate with underwriters, actuaries, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Work with the sales team to promote and position products effectively in the market.
• Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in our product offerings.
• Lead product design workshops and brainstorming sessions to foster creativity and collaboration within the team.
• Manage the product lifecycle, from concept to launch and post-launch support.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in product management within the insurance industry, with a focus on life insurance products.
• Strong understanding of insurance products, underwriting principles, and risk management.
• Proficient in using product management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Knowledge of insurance regulations and compliance requirements in Indonesia.
• Certification in insurance product management or a related field is a plus.
