In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Security Operations Center, driving threat detection initiatives, and leading a team of dedicated cybersecurity professionals. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing security alerts 24/7, responding to security incidents, and implementing security measures to protect our clients' networks. You will work closely with our clients to understand their security requirements and provide tailored security solutions. You will also be responsible for conducting regular security audits and assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the Security Operations Center, ensuring 24/7 monitoring of security alerts and incidents.
• Lead a team of cybersecurity professionals, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure the highest standards of performance.
• Conduct regular security audits and assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions.
• Respond to security incidents, implementing appropriate security measures to mitigate risks and protect our clients' networks.
• Work closely with our clients to understand their security requirements and provide tailored security solutions.
• Monitor and analyze security trends, identifying emerging threats and recommending proactive measures to prevent future incidents.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices, maintaining the highest standards of cybersecurity.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management, communicating the status of security operations and recommending strategic initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a SOC environment, with a strong background in threat detection and incident response.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly desirable.
• Proficient in using security information and event management (SIEM) tools such as Splunk, QRadar, or IBM QRadar.
• Strong knowledge of network security, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and VPNs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
