Deputy Logistics Manager - Manufacturing & Supply Chain Leadership

PT. Excellen Silo Leaching is seeking a Deputy Logistics Manager to lead our supply chain operations in the vibrant city of Bali. This exciting role offers a competitive salary of IDR 23,000,000 to IDR 28,000,000 per month. As a Deputy Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day logistics operations, ensuring efficient supply chain management, and driving operational excellence.

In this role, you will work closely with our team of logistics professionals to optimize our supply chain processes, manage inventory, and ensure timely delivery of goods. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve logistics efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage day-to-day logistics operations to ensure efficient supply chain management.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize logistics processes, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
• Manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock availability and minimizing excess inventory.
• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and transportation providers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and compliance standards in the logistics operations.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in supply chain management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics management, with a proven track record in supply chain optimization.
• Proficient in using logistics management software such as SAP, JDA, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of transportation management systems and freight forwarding processes.
• Certification in Supply Chain Management (CSCP, APICS, or similar) is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
