In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting in vehicle repairs, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide exceptional customer service to clients and ensure their satisfaction with our services.,Assist in vehicle repairs and maintenance tasks, following manufacturer guidelines and safety protocols.,Keep the workshop clean and organized, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored.,Assist in inventory management, including ordering and receiving parts and supplies.,Promote our services and products to customers, both in person and through various marketing channels.,Collaborate with the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.,Adhere to company policies and procedures, and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a similar role within the automotive industry is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Basic knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance is a plus.,Familiarity with inventory management and basic bookkeeping is a plus.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and technologies.
