Bidang Hana Electronics is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Training Officer to join our team in Samarinda, Kalimantan Timur. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering effective training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate employees on new processes and technologies.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop appropriate training materials.,Maintain training records and provide regular reports on training activities and outcomes.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide guidance and support to junior training officers and other employees as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a manufacturing or electronics industry.,Proven track record of developing and delivering effective training programs.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with training management systems and software.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
