Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and client interactions.,Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Provide technical support and guidance to clients to help them maximize the value of our products and services.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.,Participate in trade shows, seminars, and other industry events to promote our brand and solutions.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements to provide innovative solutions to clients.,Conduct site visits and inspections to assess client needs and provide tailored solutions.,Prepare and present technical proposals and reports to clients and internal stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales engineering or a similar role in the industrial safety and reliability industry.,Strong technical knowledge of industrial safety and reliability solutions, including products and technologies from leading manufacturers.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.,Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets and business objectives.,Familiarity with sales and marketing software, such as CRM systems and data analytics tools.,Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to client sites as needed.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
