📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage the procurement process, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and order placement.
  • Ensure timely delivery of goods and services by monitoring supplier performance.
  • Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers to secure the best deals.
  • Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities and transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure procurement activities align with company goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in procurement.
  • Handle supplier relations and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities to support the company's financial planning.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian procurement regulations and practices.
