📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet the needs of the organization.,Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.,Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify the most qualified candidates.,Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Maintain a database of potential candidates for future hiring needs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian is a plus.
