In this role, you will be responsible for managing the accounting functions of the company, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing financial insights to support business decisions. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the accounting functions of the company, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Provide financial insights and analysis to support business decisions.,Oversee the preparation of financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Manage the accounting team, providing guidance and support to ensure the smooth operation of the accounting department.,Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of financial reporting.,Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficient in using accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
