Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.,Train and develop sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of sales activities.,Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role, preferably in a B2B environment.,Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and best practices.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using sales tools and software.,Knowledge of the local market and industry trends is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian is required.
