📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.,Train and develop sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to drive sales growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.,Knowledge of local market trends and customer preferences.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
