📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure food safety and quality standards are met.,Develop and implement menu items, ensuring they align with the restaurant's brand and customer preferences.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation.,Manage inventory and purchasing of food ingredients to ensure cost efficiency and quality.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Collaborate with the management team to improve kitchen efficiency and reduce waste.,Monitor kitchen performance and implement continuous improvement strategies.,Ensure the kitchen is clean and well-maintained at all times.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant.,Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations and staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.,Knowledge of local culinary traditions and preferences is a plus.,Possession of a valid chef's license and certification is a must.
