📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Manage payroll processing and ensure timely payment to employees.,Conduct financial analysis to support business decision-making.,Prepare and submit tax returns and financial statements.,Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.,Monitor cash flow and manage bank reconciliations.,Provide financial advice and guidance to department heads as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a similar role.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with tax regulations and procedures.
