📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth inventory flow.,Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols and procedures.,Monitor inventory levels and implement reordering systems to prevent stockouts and overstocking.,Lead and mentor warehouse staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies.,Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with company standards.,Work closely with the Warehouse Manager to develop and implement warehouse strategies and initiatives.,Ensure timely and accurate processing of all warehouse documents and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.,Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management and control systems.,Understanding of health and safety regulations in the warehouse environment.
