📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the management and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure.,Provide technical support to employees, ensuring smooth operation of IT systems.,Monitor and report on IT system performance and security.,Assist in the implementation of new IT solutions and upgrades.,Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues promptly.,Maintain and update IT documentation and records.,Support the IT team in planning and executing IT projects.,Assist in the training and development of new IT staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and operating systems.,Familiarity with IT security best practices and protocols.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

🛠️ Keahlian

Basic knowledge of IT support tools and software.Understanding of ITIL framework and best practices.Experience with IT security tools and technologies.Knowledge of cloud computing and virtualization technologies.Familiarity with IT project management methodologies.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Strong organizational and time management skills.
