Warung Sari Medical Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Captain to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our facility. As the Captain, you will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring patient care standards are met, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. This is a full-time position located in Singkawang.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of healthcare professionals.,Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulations.,Coordinate patient care activities and ensure high-quality services.,Maintain a safe and efficient working environment.,Handle staff scheduling and training.,Manage inventory and supplies.,Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.,Handle patient admissions and discharges.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role in healthcare.,Certification in healthcare management or leadership is a plus.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Knowledge of Indonesian healthcare regulations and standards.,Fluency in Indonesian language is required.
