Bit Pearl Lestari is seeking a dedicated Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that enhance employee skills and performance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials that align with organizational goals and employee development needs.,Deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars to employees, ensuring they are engaging, informative, and effective.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training needs and develop customized programs.,Provide ongoing support and resources to employees to facilitate their learning and development.,Assist in the recruitment and selection of training facilitators and instructors.,Maintain accurate records of training programs, participant attendance, and program evaluations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate or organizational setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies, assessment tools, and learning technologies.,Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Certification in training and development (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance - CPLP) is a plus.
