📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the daily operations of the healthcare facility,Ensuring the smooth functioning of medical services and administrative tasks,Managing and supervising the staff to ensure high-quality patient care,Monitoring and maintaining the facility's equipment and supplies,Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards,Developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve patient care,Providing leadership and support to the medical and administrative staff,Assisting in the development and implementation of the facility's budget

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as healthcare administration, public health, or a related discipline,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a healthcare facility,Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously,Strong organizational and time management skills,Familiarity with healthcare software and systems,Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve organizational goals
