🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management or a similar role in the manufacturing industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing production teams and improving operational efficiency.,Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and quality control processes.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.,Proficiency in using manufacturing software and tools, such as ERP systems and quality control software.,Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, including ISO, HACCP, and GMP.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
