Conduct detailed quantity surveys and cost analyses for construction projects.,Prepare accurate and comprehensive measurement reports and cost estimates.,Monitor project budgets and ensure adherence to financial plans.,Collaborate with project managers and engineers to resolve any discrepancies or issues.,Provide regular progress reports and forecasts to stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.,Lead and mentor junior quantity surveyors and team members.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in M&E quantity surveying in construction projects.,Proficient in using quantity surveying software and tools.,Strong understanding of construction materials, equipment, and labor costs.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
