📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.,Manage and maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Coordinate and facilitate administrative tasks such as payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave management.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure a positive and productive work environment.,Assist in the planning and execution of HR strategies, including training and development programs.,Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing their concerns and queries related to HR matters.,Collaborate with department heads to ensure smooth and efficient operations within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, with a focus on HR operations.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) and administrative software is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid or remote setting.
