Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to attract and enroll international students.,Identify and approach potential students through various channels, including online platforms, social media, and networking events.,Promote university programs and facilities to potential students, highlighting the unique benefits of studying at UOW Malaysia.,Negotiate and close sales deals to secure student enrollments.,Provide excellent customer service to potential students, addressing their queries and concerns.,Collaborate with the marketing and admissions teams to ensure a cohesive and effective recruitment strategy.,Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance, providing regular reports to management.,Attend and participate in industry events, webinars, and conferences to network and stay updated with the latest trends and developments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the education sector.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding performance expectations.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and persuade potential students.,Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.,Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
