📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process, including sourcing, purchasing, and inventory management,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors,Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures,Monitor and analyze procurement spend to identify areas for cost savings,Coordinate with the clinic's management team to ensure timely delivery of medical supplies and equipment,Prepare and submit purchase orders, invoices, and other procurement-related documents,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all procurement activities,Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in procurement

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, or a related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the healthcare industry,Strong understanding of procurement policies, procedures, and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other procurement-related software,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Detail-oriented and organized with a strong attention to detail,Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards
