In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from advertising job openings to onboarding new hires.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws.,Maintain employee records and ensure accurate and up-to-date information is available.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations issues, such as grievances and disciplinary actions.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for employees.,Collaborate with department heads to ensure that HR practices align with business goals.,Stay up-to-date with changes in labor laws and regulations and ensure compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a HR Generalist role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with remote work and collaboration tools.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
