📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Draft and negotiate permits and approvals with government agencies and regulatory bodies
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations
• Prepare and submit project documentation, including environmental impact assessments and social impact assessments
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure project adherence to regulatory requirements
• Monitor and report on permit progress and potential delays
• Maintain and update project records and databases
• Provide support to the technical team in resolving regulatory issues
• Attend meetings and conferences to network with industry professionals and stay updated on regulatory changes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in permit and government relations, preferably in the telecommunications or infrastructure sector
• Strong understanding of Indonesian regulatory framework, including laws and regulations related to telecommunications and infrastructure
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian
• Familiarity with project management software such as MS Project or Primavera P6
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and availability to travel
