📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Provide technical support to employees, resolving hardware and software issues.,Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.,Manage and update software licenses and ensure compliance with company policies.,Develop and implement IT security measures to protect the company's data and systems.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure IT systems align with business objectives.,Train and mentor junior system administrators and IT staff.,Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Proven experience as a System Administrator, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of server and network administration, including Windows Server and Linux.,Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.,Experience with IT security best practices and technologies.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
