📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the F&B service, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.,Manage and mentor a team of F&B staff to ensure high standards of service and customer satisfaction.,Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared and served according to established standards and regulations.,Maintain accurate records of food and beverage inventory, sales, and waste.,Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.,Participate in training and development programs for F&B staff.,Ensure that the F&B service area is clean, organized, and well-maintained.,Work closely with the management team to develop and implement F&B service strategies and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the F&B service industry.,Proven track record of success in managing and mentoring F&B staff.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with other departments.
