📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the assigned department, ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.,Develop and implement departmental strategies and goals that align with the overall objectives of Jaya Indra Dental Clinic.,Manage and mentor a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and job satisfaction.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.,Monitor departmental performance and make data-driven decisions to improve efficiency and productivity.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and coordination of activities.,Represent the department at meetings and events, both internally and externally.,Ensure that the department's budget is managed effectively and efficiently.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably in dental healthcare or a similar discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role within the dental healthcare industry.,Strong knowledge of dental healthcare practices, procedures, and regulations.,Proven track record of successful team management and leadership.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with dental software and technology is a plus.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.
