📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and other IT equipment.,Monitor and maintain the performance and security of our IT infrastructure.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Provide training and guidance to employees on the use of IT systems and software.,Document and maintain IT policies and procedures.,Ensure the availability and reliability of our IT systems.,Support the company's IT projects and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.,Familiarity with IT support tools and software, such as Helpdesk, ServiceNow, etc.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Knowledge of IT security best practices is a plus.
