📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conducting regular inventory audits using tools like SAP or Oracle Inventory Management.
• Reconciling discrepancies between physical and system inventory records.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement inventory control measures.
• Preparing detailed audit reports and presenting findings to senior management.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Training and mentoring junior staff on inventory management practices.
• Analyzing inventory data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management or auditing.
• Proficiency in inventory management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Certification in Inventory Management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
