📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.,Conduct regular quality checks and inspections.,Develop and implement quality improvement programs.,Train and mentor staff on quality control procedures.,Investigate and resolve quality issues and complaints.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality control records.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality standards are met.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality Control, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control in the food service industry.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with quality control software and tools.,Certification in food safety and hygiene (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000) is a plus.,Proven track record of improving quality standards and processes.
