As an Assistant Chief Engineer at Santika Indonesia Hotels & Resorts, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our hotel’s electrical and HVAC systems. You’ll coordinate with contractors, manage budgets, and ensure all work complies with industry standards and regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the hotel’s electrical and HVAC systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and safely.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors to schedule and execute maintenance work, repairs, and upgrades.
• Manage the electrical and HVAC maintenance budget, ensuring it is allocated and spent effectively.
• Ensure all work complies with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of the electrical and HVAC systems to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns.
• Work closely with the Chief Engineer to develop and implement long-term maintenance and improvement plans.
• Provide technical support and guidance to the hotel’s engineering team.
• Ensure the hotel’s electrical and HVAC systems meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical and HVAC maintenance and management in a hospitality or similar setting.
• Certifications in electrical and HVAC systems, such as NETA, BICSI, or other relevant certifications.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with contractors, vendors, and the hotel’s engineering team.
• Proficient in using electrical and HVAC management software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, with a strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with luxury hospitality standards and requirements.
